THE FEATURES OF THE IA
II CAST IRON BLOCK....
WEIGHS ONLY 125 LBS. MAX
BORE SIZE 4.350, FULLY
WATER JACKETED FOR STREET
OR RACE USE.
After many hours of run
time and more than 20
dyno pulls at over 2000
HP+, we disassembled the
engine to check for fatigue
due to stress. After we
completely went through
the block we found NO
signs of fatigue or wear
on the bearings, cylinders,
etc. Even at 43 lbs of
boost through the Turbonetics
turbo's the head gasket
and ring seal were better
than we previously had
with the cast iron blocks.
These blocks will prove
to be one of the most
durable on the market
regardless of brand, price
or material. These blocks
can be used in almost
any application from street
use (fully water jacketed)
to all out racing engines.
